I was very happy to receive such communication from Government but I had my reservations about functioning of Government. Even then I approached NRI Division with my specific issues and surprisingly I was given very prompt and positive response from the Division. I never expected such prompt action from any buerocratic setup. My demand for hotel/tourism industry setup propectus as well as renewal of my expired passport were very efficiently dealt with by your Government.
